The Global Search icon is displayed on the application header. You can search your data across the Thing Domain, Digital Assets, and Reference Data apps. As and when you type the search criteria, the application displays a drop-down with the app options for you to select.

Consider that you wish to search " Lindt in Search Thing Domain app.
To perform global search:

On the Application header, click the Search icon to expand the search bar.

Enter "Lindt" in the search bar.
Result: The drop-down displays the supported apps.

Select the Thing Domain app.
Result: The Search page displays the entities matching the keyword "Lindt" in the search results grid.
The other search capabilities in the application are: Search, Advanced Search, and Refine Search in the application.
