Upon logging into the application, the login message "Welcome back, < username >" and User Profile icon are displayed. You can set user preferences, turn on or off the hotline and/or troubleshooting mode, privacy information, and view application version details. A sample screenshot of the User Profile pop-up is displayed.

My Settings

The My Preferences dialog box allows you to modify the user's account settings. You can view basic user information, set preferences and permissions here. For more information, see Set User Preferences.

Note:

The changes done in the My Preferences dialog box will take effect only after the application reloads.

Hotline

Turn on or off the Hotline based on your requirement. You can prioritize certain jobs such as Import (UI), Bulk Edit, Workflow Transition, Workflow Assignment, and Exports (UI), so that you can complete them faster.

Troubleshooting Mode

Turn on or off the Troubleshooting Mode based on your requirement. When you turn on the Troubleshooting Mode, the application allows you to work and debug on any application related issues. You can track only the single entity operations and generate detailed logs including the respective business rule traces for a particular session.

Version Manager

The Version Manager in the User Profile popover allows you to update the cache from anywhere in the application. You can view the latest version number here. This is displayed only for "Administrator / Merchant" role.

Note:

The  application still retains the current page from where the Update Cache is performed.

By default,

  • The current Runtime cache version of the application is displayed.
  • A confirmation message is displayed in the Version Manger widget. Note, the update cache will take at least 30 seconds to complete" is displayed.
  • Only Administrator / Merchant role can perform Update Cache.

Privacy Information

The Privacy Information in the User Profile popover allows you to view the privacy policy of the application. Know more about EDS privacy notice here.

About Syndigo

You can view the Release Version details here. Upon clicking the About Syndigo link, you can view the logo, Release Version and Updated on details in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AM/PM format. You can also navigate to the What's new, Contact support, and Learn More About details for more information.

Logout

You can Logout of the application. In case, you have multiple roles, you can relogin with different user credentials. For more information, see Logout.
