The application allows you to notify relevant suppliers about an upcoming document expiration before the automatic notifications are triggered. This ensures timely action on document renewal or management without waiting for the document to expire.
To send a manual expiry notification:

On the navigation menu, click the Search Supplier app.

Result: The Search page is displayed.

Click on the Supplier Name that you want to send a manual expiry notification.

Result: The Entity Manage page is displayed.

Select Send Expiry Email from the Actions drop-down.

Result: A confirmation message is displayed.
