You can search for the existing suppliers in the application. The supplier details are first and last name, supplier email address, company name, required documents, and document status.
Some of the common actions that you can perform in the Search (Search Thing Domain, Digital Asset Library and Reference Data Library app) pages are:

| The Bulk Delete icon is displayed in the Search pages of Search Suppliers and Digital Asset Library. In this page, select single or multiple records and click this icon to delete the selected records. Whereas in the Entity Manage page, you can delete one entity at time. | |
| Click the Upload icon to upload either excel or CSV file. | |
| Click the Download drop-down to display a popover. You can select Download in Excel or Download in CSV to download the selected entities in the required format. | |
| The Refresh icon is displayed in all the pages and widgets. You must click this icon to reload the grid with the latest data. In the Entity Manage page, if you add, update or edit any existing value and upon saving, the application does not automatically refresh the grid. Result: The icon is displayed in "dark red" color and stays until you refresh the page. If you hover on the Refresh icon, a message "Previous changes has been processed by the system. Click here to see the changes" is displayed. Now, click the Refresh icon to reload the grid and to view the updated / edited values. Result: Upon refreshing, the icon turns back to "Grey" color and on hover, the tooltip is changed to "Refresh". |

Click the View drop-down icon to display a popover to view the records in multiple views. By default, the entities are displayed in Tabular View. You can also view records in List and Tile views. |

Click the Up Arrow icon on the column header to Sort the search results in ascending order. Notes: • The application supports sorting of only one column at a time either in ascending or descending order. Multi-column sorting is not supported. • When you select a reference data from the drop-down, the records are displayed with no particular sort order of the values. |

Note:
The Bulk Edit, Bulk Delete, and multiple view drop-down is not supported in Reference Data Library.
In the Search grid, you can perform the following:
• Approve or reject documents
• Add new documents to a Supplier
