Plant Enrichment Workflow

The Plant Enrichment workflow is a process where you can update the plant details. To ensure that this information is accurate, you can add, verify, and approve all the required documents related to plant.

The Plant Enrichment Workflow business process flow is displayed.

The Plant Enrichment Workflow process consists of the following steps:

Scenario

Consider that the existing plant does not consist of the required documents. You wish to add the required document, but the document is in Awaiting Approval status. You wish to approve the documents and submit.

To complete the plant enrichment process:

1. On the navigation menu, click on the Search Suppliers app.

   

   Result: The Search page is displayed.

2. Select the Plant entity type from the Type filter drop down and click Apply.

   

   Result: The Search page displays a list of plants.

3. Click on the plant entity type.

   

   Result: The Entity Manage page is displayed.

   

4. In the Workflow tab on the right pane, add a comment if required for the Plant Introduction workflow and click Done.

   

   Result: A confirmation notification message Done successful is displayed.

5. Under the Summary tab, click on the Required Documents Available from the Things I need to fix widget.

   

   Result: The Required Documents Available tab is displayed.

   

6. Click Next.

   

   Result: The Manage Relationships stepper is displayed.

   

7. Click on the document link corresponding to the Awaiting Approval document status.

   Result: The Document Manage page is displayed.

   

8. In the Workflow tab, click Approve under the Pending Approval workflow.

   

   Result: A confirmation notification message Approve successful is displayed.

9. Click the Refresh icon to display the updated document status (Approved).

   

10. Navigate to the plant Entity Manage page, the Required Document Available is displayed as green in the Summary tab.

11. In the Workflow tab in the right pane, add a comment if required and click Done.

    

    Result: A confirmation notification message **Done successful **is displayed.

12. Click Approve to approve the plant document(s) verified workflow.
    

    Result: A confirmation notification message Approve successful is displayed.
