Reference Data Library App

A reference data is a set of standardized list of values or codes that can be used across the application. Out-of-the-box (OOTB), the following reference types are supported for DMS.

Reference Types	Description
Document List	Displays all the plant or supplier related document types. The supported document types are declaration letter, payable setup forms, letter of guarantee agreements (LOG), declaration letters, license or tax permits, verification forms, acknowledgements, certificates, insurances and so on. You can define whether the document type is required or not and the is required expiration date.
Document Notification Configuration	Displays all the defined notification start period, notification intervals, and the interval occurrence.
Document Submission Status	Displays all the document submission status such as completed, pending and so on.
Interval Occurrence	Displays all the interval occurrences such as numbers or days as code and value.
Notification Interval	Displays all the notification intervals such as monthly, weekly, daily, and so on as code and value.
Notification Start Period	Displays all the notification as start period such as 1 month, 2 month, 3 month and so on as code and value.
Plant Document Industry Mapping	Displays all the Plant Types, Plant Type Code, and the required documents.
Supplier Document Industry Mapping	Displays all the Supplier Type Code, Supplier Type, and the required documents.
Supplier Documentation Status	Displays all the supplier related documentation status and so on as code and value.

Modifying metadata for the reference data library objects listed above is strictly prohibited, as it may disrupt DMS functionality.

To navigate to the Reference Data Library app:

On the navigation menu, click the Reference Data Library app.

Result: The Search page is displayed.
