After you sign-in, the apps that are displayed are based on the access and permissions enabled for your role.
The application allows you to configure the authorization using the Authorization Model data model. As an Administrator / Merchant, you have unrestricted access to all the apps and its functionalities. As a Supplier, you can access only limited functionalities in the application.

| 1 | Quick Actions | The quick actions control helps you to quickly create entities such as Supplier, Plant, and Upload Entities or Assets. |
| 2 | Open Apps | All the open windows are grouped into the respective Apps. Other Open Windows is a placeholder for the open windows that are not a part of any App. For example, consider that you perform a search in "Thing Domain Search" App by loading a saved search. This open window is a part of Search Thing Domain app. Further, if you click on any Supplier in the search results, the Entity Manage page is displayed. As the Entity Manage page is not a part of any App, this is grouped in Other Open Windows. |
| 3 | Home App | This app displays a set of configured widgets where you can visualize user tasks in groups via apps and widgets. The dashboard demonstrates the user's overall operational tasks for quick operations. This is the place where you can manage your tasks. |
| 4 | Search Suppliers | This app helps you to navigate to, search on, and filter out any entity defined within the system, as well as perform necessary actions on the refined entities. This app allows simple to complex search criteria to identify products that you want to select and process further. This app is designed with a single search interface that represents a powerful tool to search through an organization’s entire repository of master data to find the right record. This improves internal efficiency, data access and data quality (due to reduced duplicate record generation). |
| 5 | Digital Asset Library App | This app helps you to navigate to, search on, and filter out any assets defined within the system. It helps you to manage the assets as well as perform necessary actions on refine assets. |
